Records Center

The Records Center houses a library of various documents that Association deems to either be important or frequently requested by homeowners as well as a document submission portal allowing owners to submit documents directly to the Association.

• Welcome Letter - This letter (adapted for current year) is distributed to new owners upon the Association's receipt of the property's closing documents. It welcomes guests to the community and outlines the important considerations for owning property in our community.
• Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions - The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Tarpon Bay that governs the Homeowners Association and property owners of the community
• Association Collections Policy - Detailed outline of the various steps in the Association's collections process
• Architectural Review Request Form - Owners should submit this completed form to the Association to make physical (hoa@feltrim.com) changes to the outside of their property
